Accessible rooms here have a bedroom and a great shower with nice white towels. 🚿 They make sure everyone feels taken care of. the price is £51, which is totally worth it! Satisfaction guaranteed.

Great location, quiet room (despite the train station just below), confortable beds big flat screen tv with channels in almost all languages (!) and cleanliness. Underground parking is just 1 m far away (around 20 euro per 24h).we will certainly use it as our basecamp when in leuven

Bad cleaning staff. No towels replaced (additional request for them was necessary in the reception desk). Cleaning service started room preparation before my checkout. Service person suggested me to move to the reception with my lugage at 10am whereas according to the hotel rules checkout is at 12:00am. All my private stuff was moved to my suitcase with no permission from my side. After my request in the reception I could stay to 12:00am.

The hotel was a building site, was flooded, the lifts didnt work, they didnt get my reservation correct, didnt have a travel cot as requested, the staff were unhelpful and we couldnt pay with a credit or debit card.
