Breakfast with croissants and boiled eggs, for example. Perfect and exceptionally nice location really close to Leuven central station, Leuven for a day, and Metro, Leuven City Centre and shopping areas, easy check-in.

Great location, quiet room (despite the train station just below), confortable beds big flat screen tv with channels in almost all languages (!) and cleanliness. Underground parking is just 1 m far away (around 20 euro per 24h).we will certainly use it as our basecamp when in leuven

It was slightly warm in the room, when sleeping under the duvet. It should be either a cold temperature or a lighter blanket or sheets.

Next to the train station, in less than 2 minutes in the hotel.

The shower cubicle lacks privacy with no proper door or curtain!!! The room only provides one pillow and one towel per person, leaving little comfort!!! It's frustrating when minimal furniture steals space and you need to put your suitcase under the bed!!!

Good location

Bad cleaning staff. No towels replaced (additional request for them was necessary in the reception desk). Cleaning service started room preparation before my checkout. Service person suggested me to move to the reception with my lugage at 10am whereas according to the hotel rules checkout is at 12:00am. All my private stuff was moved to my suitcase with no permission from my side. After my request in the reception I could stay to 12:00am.

Well-equipped units with an amazing shower and the bedroom, for example, amazingly attentive employees. Costs US$ 56.

The best and worst parts

Great location near downtown with fabulous staff at check-in. The convenience store below provided decent coffee on demand.

Housekeeping interrupted too early before check-out, and the shower had some dirt residue left by previous guests.

Design is simple and aimed for the short time vistors. Most rooms 3 beds one of which is on top of others.

Work in progress nearby, noise started about 7am, be aware.

The hotel was a building site, was flooded, the lifts didnt work, they didnt get my reservation correct, didnt have a travel cot as requested, the staff were unhelpful and we couldnt pay with a credit or debit card.
